A Leamington Spa solicitor is reporting a rise in enquiries about prenuptial agreements from starry-eyed lovers preparing to propose on Valentine’s Day.

Sophia Mellor, principal associate at Berrymans Solicitors, said the rise in enquiries should not be considered unromantic because the interest in prenuptial agreements reflected a desire to marry for love and not for money.
